Initially, I engaged them for wedding décor, but about 3 months before the wedding, I decided to also go with their coordination services and it was one of the best decisions we made. Joey was the first to contact me, and communication was smooth and reassuring from the start. Angel, who handled our wedding reception, was professional, patient, and very attentive despite the short timeline. The décor was beautifully styled and met our expectations perfectly. The initial proposal was spot-on, and they understood our vision immediately. On the actual day, everything ran seamlessly, and we could truly enjoy the moment without any worries. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner! Everything from our tea ceremony to our wedding dinner at AC Hotel Ipoh was perfectly coordinated and completely stress-free. Special thanks to Grace and Joey for going above and beyond. They handled every detail, managed last-minute changes calmly, and made sure the entire day ran smoothly. Because of them, we truly got to enjoy every moment. Love and Love really went above and beyond with their support during our wedding. Any issue I had they would do their best to find a solution, oftentimes even with issues that were wedding adjacent too. We did our wedding at Banjaran Hotsprings and the venue while beautiful struggled at times with being consistent with their communication I think Love and Love really mitigated the problems this could have caused. The actual wedding day was beyond perfect, and I have no doubt that this was because of the work put in by Love and Love and the other vendors. Our wedding was quite unique with lots of different elements, like a lion dance, a magician and a live butterfly release. The latter I decided really last minute because they were butterflies, I raised myself and at no point did Love and Love say “oh that’s too hard or it’s too late to incorporate that” I genuinely believe that they were thoroughly passionate about making it the best day of our life and it absolutely was. I think all of our vendors were value for money, but I can say with complete certainty that Love and Love was beyond worth the money we paid, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking of getting married. Honestly the night before the wedding I did not sleep at all because I am naturally an anxious person without the support of Love and Love I’m not sure I could have relaxed on the day and enjoyed the moment. They also did a fantastic job in helping position and carry my 10kg dress through the jungle paths outdoors! While I probably would not recommend a 10kg dress for a bride if you’re going to go big with your dress, I guarantee you need Love and Love by your side hahaha Thank you to Joey, Angel and the rest of the Love and Love team (sorry I did not get everyone’s names, it was a whirlwind) for giving us the most beautiful of memories.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
